摘要
推力器接板为多孔形结构,含有深径比大于20的深小孔,加工时易出现孔偏,钻头易折断等难点。通过改进加工工艺、制作装卡工装、优化工艺参数等措施,提高了接板深小孔加工合格率以及生产效率,可为其他产品深小孔加工提供参考。
Thruster board is porous structures,contains deep to diameter ratio is greater than 20 deep holes,it is easy to have hole deviation during processing,and the drill bit is easy to break and other difficulties,by improving the processing technology,making card equipment,optimization of process parameters,improve the qualified rate of deep hole machining by sheet and the production efficiency,can provide reference for other products deep hole processing.
