摘要 基于多因素不同组态变化的变权重方法,提出了一种铣削加工性能模糊综合评价方法。与传统的常权类方法相比,变权重表征了残余应力、表面质量、材料去除率等因素构成的不同组态对切削性能的影响,并能够体现各因素的均衡性。该方法适用于任意类型铣削加工性能评价。算法与试验分析表明,应用该评价方法获得的结果数值更小,可使用有效铣削参数范围更大,因而该方法具有更高的准确性和适用性。 Based on the variable weight method with multiple factors and different configuration changes,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for milling performance is proposed. Compared with the traditional constant weight method,the variable weight characterizes the influence of different configurations of residual stress,surface quality,material removal rate and other factors on the cutting performance,and can reflect the balance of various factors. This method is suitable for any type of milling performance evaluation. The algorithm and experimental analysis show that the results obtained by the evaluation method are smaller,the range of effective cutting parameters can be used,and the comprehensive evaluation accuracy of milling performance is improved by 4.36%. Therefore,the method has higher accuracy and applicability.
