摘要
为了在刀具磨削系统中添加一种开放式的可由用户自由规划砂轮磨削路径的高级功能,开发出磨削路径自由规划功能,该功能使用奇次矩阵及奇次变换理论得到砂轮在工件坐标系中空间任意位姿,经后处理模块转换到机床坐标系中,实现用户自由编辑砂轮磨削路径,实现参数化修改加工标准、非标准刀具等多种类复杂刀具。
In order to develop an advanced feature which is opened and the grinding path can be freely designed by user in tool grinding system,we developed a free grinding path planning function,the function uses odd matrix and odd transformation to get the position and orientation of the wheel in 3 dimension,through the post-processing module,it is transformed into the machine tool coordinate system to realize freely editing grinding path by user and parametric modification to manufacture standards,non-standard tools and other complex tools.
