摘要
研究了紫外分光光度法测定消毒剂中PCMX含量的准确性,同时将此方法与高效液相法对比。结果表明,当对氯间二甲苯酚的质量浓度在15~80mg/kg时与吸光度存在较强线性关系(r=0.999),测定了加标回收率为97%~100%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<1%。紫外分光光度法测得3份样品质量分数为1.77%、2.30%、5.13%;高效液相法测得3份样品质量分数为1.71%,2.23%,5.10%。结果表明紫外分光光度法适用对氯间二甲苯酚的含量测定。
Compared with the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method,the accuracy of determining the content of the p-chloro-m-xylenol(PCMX)in disinfectant by the ultraviolet(UV)method was studied.Results showed when the mass concentration of p-chloro-m-xylenol was 15-80ppm,there was a strong linear relationship with the absorbance(r=0.999).The recoveries were determined to be 97%-100%,and the relative standard deviations RSD<1%.The mass content w/w% of three samples measured by the ultraviolet(UV)method were 1.77%,2.30%and 5.13%;the mass content w/w% of three samples measured by HPLC method were 1.71%,2.23% and 5.10%.It was concluded that the ultraviolet(UV)method was more suitable for the determination of p-chloro-m-xylenol content.
