消毒杀菌类产品的皮肤刺激性及护理研究

消毒杀菌类产品的使用逐渐成为人们日常生活中的一部分,然而其在使用过程中也存在潜在的皮肤刺激问题。本实验制备了添加抗刺激及保湿功效成分的改良乙醇快干型消毒剂,并对其对皮肤的抗刺激作用、皮肤屏障功能的防护效果进行测试。结果表明,添加抗刺激及保湿成分可有效保护皮肤表面,减少皮肤表面出现鳞屑现象。此外,改良型乙醇快干型消毒剂可提升皮肤表面水含量,可改善乙醇产品带来的皮肤干燥问题。在消毒杀菌产品中添加具有抗刺激、保湿功效的成分可有效降低消杀产品对皮肤的刺激性。

The paper discusses the types of disinfection and sterilization products and their stimulation ways,and explore the protective effects of functional ingredients added to disinfection and sterilization products.The classification and stimulating methods of disinfectants and germicides were reviewed.The improved ethanol fast-drying disinfectants containing anti-irritant and moisturizing efficacy ingredients were prepared,and their cell protection,anti-irritation,and skin protection effects were tested.Results showed that anti-irritant ingredients can effectively protect cells and improve dry skin problems caused by ethanol products.It is concluded that adding anti-irritant and moisturizing ingredients to disinfection and sterilization products can effectively reduce the irritation to the skin.
