生活垃圾渗滤液作脱硝剂的试验探索

Experimental study on the application of leachate of domestic garbage as denitrification agent

基于生活垃圾渗滤液含有与脱硝氨水相似的成分,利用原生态生活垃圾渗滤液喷入我公司3200 t/d生产线分解炉喷氨部位和烟室进行替代氨水脱硝试验,探究渗滤液在不同部位对脱硝效果、窑工况和运行指标的影响,试验验证了渗滤液因其氨氮成分含量偏低,脱硝效果不明显,但对水泥窑处置生活垃圾渗滤液是否可以替代脱硝剂具有一定的借鉴作用。

Based on the domestic garbage leachate contains similar components to the denitrified ammonia water,the original ecological household garbage leachate was sprayed into the ammonia injection part and the smoke chamber of the decomposition furnace of our company's 3200 t/d production line to conduct the replacement ammonia water denitration test,and exploring the leachate in different parts the impact on the denitrification effect,kiln working conditions and operating indicators,the test verified that the leachate is not obvious due to its low ammonia nitrogen content,but it has a certain reference for the disposal of raw garbage leachate in the cement kiln.
