公路小净距隧道开挖方法数值模拟优化研究

摘要 以镇海至安吉公路段杨湾小净距隧道工程为例,选取典型断面(埋深30 m和69 m),运用有限元数值软件MIDAS GTS/NX对三种常见开挖方法(上下台阶法、单侧壁导坑法、CD法)进行数值模拟研究.对比分析整体竖向位移、总位移、拱顶沉降值和应力变化等规律,指导项目进行施工方案优化,在保证安全前提下,选择更为高效的开挖方法.通过现场监控量测对数值模拟数据进行验证分析,可为类似工程提供借鉴. Taking the Yangwan small spacing tunnel project from Zhenhai to Anji highway section as an example,the present paper selected the typical section(a buried depth of 30m and 69m).By means of the finite element software MIDAS GTS/NX,a numerical simulation study was conducted concerning the three excavation methods(the up and down steps method,single side wall guide pit method,and CD method).A contrast of the regularities of the vertical displacement of the whole,total displacement,vault subsidence and stress change was made to guide the project construction scheme optimization,and to choose more efficient excavation method under the premise that security was guaranteed.At the same time,the numerical simulation data were verified and analyzed through field monitoring and measurement,which can provide reference for similar projects.
