返乡农民工风险防范能力对创业意愿的影响——基于山东省临沂市393份个案数据的实证分析

Influence of Risk Prevention Ability of Returning Rural Migrant Workers on Entrepreneurial Willingness——Empirical Analysis Based on 393 Case Data in Linyi City,Shandong Province

基于山东省临沂市393份返乡农民工个案数据,使用层级回归等方法研究风险防范能力对创业意愿影响。结果表明,收入及收入满意度、信息能力和理性应对能力显著正向影响创业意愿;收入水平及收入满意度、信息能力显著正向影响理性应对能力;理性应对能力在信息能力与创业意愿之间起中介作用;支持意愿对当前意愿和长期意愿,以及当前意愿对长期意愿具有显著正向影响。为进一步提升返乡农民工创业意愿,应加强农村信息基础设施建设,创新信息获取与分析的线上线下方式,提高其理性应对能力;发挥财政资金杠杆引导作用,提高其收入水平及满意度;探索和创新乡村金融管理与服务模式,提高其抗风险能力;营造农村创业氛围,引导和激发其创业信心。

Based on data of 393 rural migrant workers of Linyi City of Shandong Province,the impact of risk prevention ability on entrepreneurial willingness was studied by hierarchical regression.The results were as the followings:income and income satisfaction degree,information ability and rational coping ability had significant positive impacts on entrepreneurial willingness of returning migrant workers;income and income satisfaction degree and information ability had significant positive impacts on rational coping ability;rational coping ability played an intermediary role between information ability and entrepreneurial willingness;supportive willingness had a significant positive impact on current and long-term willingness;current willingness had a significant positive impact on long-term willingness.In order to further increase the entrepreneurial willingness of migrant workers,it should strengthen the construction of basic information infrastructure in rural areas,innovate the way of online and offline information acquisition and analysis,and improve rational coping ability;it should give full play to the leverage of financial funds to increase returning migrant workers'income level and its satisfaction degree;it should explore and innovate the model of rural financial management and services to improve the risk resistance ability of returning migrant workers;it should vigorously create a rural entrepreneurial atmosphere to guide and stimulate their entrepreneurial confidence.
