不同剂量布托啡诺预防卡前列素氨丁三醇不良反应效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Different Doses of Butorphanolon the Prevention of Adverse Reactions Caused by CarboprostRomethamine

目的:观察不同剂量布托啡诺预防卡前列素氨丁三醇所致不良反应的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月我院使用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血患者120例进行研究,用随机分组表法将患者分为A、B、C、D四组,分别于使用卡前列素后静脉推注布托啡诺10ug/kg、15ug/kg、20ug/kg、25ug/kg,比较四组患者出现胸闷等不良反应比率及镇静程度。结果:B组和D组分别与C组比较,出现卡前列素相关不良反应发生情况比率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组与C组比较,出现卡前列素相关不良反应发生情况比率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在T1时间点,B组和D组分别与C组Ramsay镇静评分情况比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组与C组Ramsay镇静评分情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术中注射卡前列素氨丁三醇的同时静脉推注布托啡诺15-25ug/kg,可有效预防卡前列素氨丁三醇诱发的不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of different doses of butorphanol on the prevention of adverse reactions caused by carboprost romethamine.Method:From January 2019 to December 2019,120 cases of postpartum hemorrhage treated by carboprost and aminobutanol were selected for study.The patients were divided into four groups:A,B,C and D.after using carboprost,butorphanol was injected intravenously in 10 ug/kg,15 ug/kg,20 ug/kg and 25 ug/kg respectively.The adverse reaction rate and sedation degree of the four groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference between group B and group D(P>0.05),group A and group C(P<0.05),group B and group D(P>0.05),and group C(P<0.05)There was significant difference in Ramsay Sedation score between group C and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:During cesarean section,injection of carboprost and butorphanol 15-25ug/kg can effectively prevent adverse reactions induced by carboprost.
