护理干预配合利多卡因、酮铬酸丁三醇对痔疮术后疼痛效果的影响

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Postoperative Pain of Hemorrhoids in Patients with Hemorrhoids

目的:护理干预配合利多卡因、酮铬酸丁三醇对痔疮术后疼痛效果的影响。方法:2017年1月至2019年1月,本院肛肠外科一共收治痔疮手术患者52例,按照不同的术后镇痛方案将其分为两组,对照组术后根据患者的详细疼痛情况给予相应的药物镇痛与常规护理,观察组术后给予利多卡因、酮铬酸丁三醇镇痛及个体化护理干预,比较两组结局。结果:两组患者术后即刻的疼痛评分比较无差异(P>0.05);观察组术后1d、术后2d、术后3d的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后首次排尿时间、术后首次排便时间、首次排便时长、平均住院治疗时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预配合利多卡因、酮铬酸丁三醇。可有效降低患者直肠术后的疼痛症状,可促进患者胃肠功能的恢复,可提高患者的护理满意度,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention on the postoperative pain of haemorrhoids.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,52 patients with haemorrhoids operation were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.According to the different postoperative analgesia,the patients were divided into two groups.The control group was given the corresponding analgesic and routine nursing according to the patient’s detailed pain.Results:Showed that the postoperative pain scores of the two groups were no difference(P>0.05),and the observation group was 1 day after the operation.The pain scores at 2 days and 3 days after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first urination time,the first defecation time and the first defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention combined with lidocaine and butotriol ketochromate.It can effectively reduce the pain symptoms after rectal operation,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,and is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
