胆囊息肉患者应用吊线法单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术联合罗哌卡因注射液治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study of Single Hole Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Combined with Ropivacaine Injection in Patients with Gallbladder Polyp

目的:观察胆囊息肉患者应用吊线法单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术联合罗哌卡因注射液治疗的临床效果。方法:选择我院52例患者实施此次研究,根据入院时间分为观察组(26例)和对照组(26例)。观察组使用吊线法单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术,并在术中应用罗哌卡因注射液;对照组使用完全式经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术,比较两组患者临床效果。结果:观察组术后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、下床活动时间比较对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组术中出血量低于对照组,手术时间、切口长度短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症发生率比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在胆囊息肉患者治疗中实施吊线法单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术,并在术中应用罗哌卡因注射液,可降低患者术中出血量,缩短手术时间,降低TNF-α水平、CRP水平,效果十分显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of single hole laparoscopic Cholecystectomy combined with ropivacaine injection in patients with gallbladder polyps.Methods:52 patients in our hospital were selected to carry out the study,According to the admission time,they were divided into observation group(n=26)and control group(n=26).The observation group was treated with single hole laparoscopic Cholecystectomy by suspension line and ropivacaine injection during operation,while the control group was treated with complete transumbilical single hole laparoscopic gallbladder resection to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The levels of TNF-α and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the observation group after operation.The control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hospitalization time and activity time between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the operation time and incision length in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Single hole laparoscopic Cholecystectomy with hanging line method and ropivacaine injection in the treatment of gallbladder polyps can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and reduce TNF-α,the level of CRP,the effect is very remarkable.
