臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗门诊阴道炎的护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of Ozone Combined with Vaginal Plug Drug in the Treatment of Outpatient Vaginitis

目的:分析臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗门诊阴道炎的临床护理效果。方法:选定2015年5月至2019年8月来院治疗患者,选取门诊阴道炎患者48例分组研究,对照组、观察组各24例。行常规护理的为对照组,给予观察组综合优质护理模式,两组均进行臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗。结果:较之对照组,观察组阴道瘙痒、白带异常、阴道黏膜充血症状消失时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。对照组治疗有效率为66.67%,观察组为100%远高于对照组(P<0.05)。一疗程后观察组菌检率人数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。较之对照组,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分显著下降(P<0.05),观察组日常生活、生理功能及社会运动评分明显高出对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗患者综合优质护理模式,可缩短其不良症状消失时间,改善患者生活状态,消除患者不良情绪。

Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing effect of ozone combined with vaginal tamponade in the treatment of outpatient vaginitis.Methods:From May 2015 to August 2019,48 outpatients with vaginitis were selected and divided into two groups:control group and observation group,24 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive high-quality nursing mode.Both groups received ozone combined with vaginal tamponade treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of vaginal pruritus,abnormal leucorrhea and vaginal mucosal congestion in the observation group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,and that of the observation group was 100%,which was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the number of bacterial examination in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the scores of daily life,physiological function and social movement in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ozone combined with vaginal tamponade can shorten the disappearance time of adverse symptoms,improve patients’living conditions and eliminate patients’negative emotions.
