醋酸亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Leuprolide Acetate Combined with Mannolol in the Treatment of Adenomyosis

目的:分析与探讨醋酸亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果。方法:依据随机数字表法将2017年5月至2019年5月在我院治疗的60例子宫腺肌症患者平均分为对照组与干预组,对照组选择单一的醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,干预组在对照组基础上联合曼月乐治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生率以及VRS痛经评分和PBAC月经量评分。结果:与对照组对比,干预组患者的治疗效果更佳,不良反应发生率、VRS痛经评分以及PBAC月经量评分均较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫腺肌症患者实施醋酸亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐治疗的临床效果十分确切,不仅可以大大降低患者的不良反应,改善预后,同时也能够有效减少患者的月经量,缓解经期疼痛,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of leuprolide acetate combined with mannolol in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:According to the random number table method,60 patients with adenomyosis treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were divided into control group and intervention group on average.The control group was treated with leuprorelin acetate alone.The intervention group was treated with leuprorelin acetate on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.VRS dysmenorrhea score and PBAC menstrual volume score.Result:Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of the intervention group was better,the incidence of adverse reactions,VRS dysmenorrhea score and PBAC menstrual volume score were lower,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of leuprolide acetate combined with mannolol in the treatment of adenomyosis is very accurate.It can not only greatly reduce the adverse reactions and improve the prognosis of patients,but also effectively reduce the amount of menstruation,alleviate menstrual pain and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
