不确定性环境下可再生能源系统新优化模型

A New Optimization Model of Renewable Energy Systems under Uncertainty

摘要 为发挥可再生能源在能源-经济-环境可持续发展中的积极效应,本文研究了多态不确定性环境下跨地区、跨品种、跨部门的可再生能源动态规划问题。利用满意度方法处理太阳能和风能可利用量等随机变量,利用可能度方法处理能源供应成本、需求量等区间数,再结合0-1整数规划,得到使系统成本最小的新优化模型。最后的算例说明使用的综合方法是有效合理的。 In order to exert the positive effects of renewable energy in the sustainable development of energy,economy and environment,the dynamic programming problem of renewable energy across regions,varieties and sectors under polymorphic uncertain environment is studied in this paper.The proposed satisfaction method is used to deal with the random variables such as the availability of solar energy and wind energy,and the probability method is used to deal with the interval numbers such as energy supply cost and demand,and then combined with 0-1 integer programming,an optimization model that minimizes the system cost is obtained.The final example shows that the comprehensive method used in this paper is effective and reasonable.
