摘要
由于制造企业生产车间设施空间的不合理布局,导致了生产车间路线交叉迂回、物料搬运成本高、企业经济效益差等问题.针对此类问题本文提出基于熵权优化模型的SLP法,并将其应用在设施空间布局规划中.以某光伏组件厂设施空间布局为例,采用SLP法综合分析该厂各作业单位的物流关系和非物流关系,获得了3套初步设施布局规划方案,并将熵权模型和双基点法进行算法优化整合,形成多指标决策的熵权优化模型,之后运用熵权优化模型进行设施空间布局规划方案比选,得出更加优化的设施布局规划方案,达到优化生产系统的目的.
Because of the unreasonable layout of facility space in production workshop of manufacturing en-terprizes,leading to the problem of crossover of production workshop routes,high material handling costs,poor economic returns and so on.For such problems,this paper proposes an SLP method based on entropy-based opti-mization model and applies it to facility space layout planning.Taking the current situation of the facilities space layout of a photovoltaic module factory as an example using SLP method comprehensively analyze this factory logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship of each operating unit which obtain 3 preliminary facility layout planing programs,and optimized integration of entropy weight model and double base point algorithm to form entropy-based optimization model of multi-index decision making.Then,using the entropy-based optimization model compares and selects the layout planing programs of the facility space to obtain the more optimized facility layout planing programs and achieve the purpose of optimizing the production system.
