“卓越计划”视域下高校创新创业艺术人才培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Arts Talents in Universities from the Perspective of “Excellence Plan”

将"卓越计划"作为提升艺术人才创新创业能力的有效手段,纳入艺术人才培养的发展实践中,是教育发展与人才培养的内在要求。高校应从人才培养计划、人才培养机制、课程教学体系、实践教学建设、教学管理团队、拓展教学设计方面分析其丰富内容,从多方位优化培养路径、培养创新创业国际人才、培养全面发展的人才方面归纳其社会意义,从制度建设、素质能力、平台搭建、强化实践四个路径促进创新创业艺术人才培养的实现。

Taking the "Excellence Plan" as an effective means to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurial ability of artistic talents, incorporating it into the development practice of artistic talents cultivation, is an inherent requirement of educational development and talent cultivation. Its rich contents are analyzed from six aspects of talent training plan, talent training mechanism, curriculum teaching system, practical teaching construction, teaching management team, and expanding teaching design;its social significance is summarized from multiple aspects of optimizing the training path, cultivating international talents for innovation and entrepreneurship, and cultivating comprehensive development talents;its four paths are revealed from system construction, quality ability, platform construction, and strengthened practice to promote the realization of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial art talents.
