摘要 军民融合发展过程中产生的海量数据具备大数据特征,将大数据技术应用于军民融合工作,既是时代发展的要求,也是军民融合发展的必然趋势。建设军民融合信息服务大数据平台是当前军民融合信息服务工作的重点和首要任务。全面采集军民融合领域网络大数据,建设以军民融合政府、军工单位、民品企业、军民融合企业、社会中介机构为主体的军民融合信息服务大数据平台,挖掘分析数据背后隐藏的信息与价值,有助于平台用户掌握真实需求、发现军民融合发展中的问题和难点,实现军民融合信息服务的精准化、专门化以及个性化。 The massive data generated in the process of military-civilian integration has the characteristics of big data. Applying big data technology to the work of military-civilian integration is not only a development requirement of the times but also an inevitable trend of the development of military-civilian integration. Building a big data platform for military-civilian fusion information service is the focus and primary task of the current military-civilian fusion information service. Comprehensively collecting network big data in the field of military-civilian integration, building a military-civilian integration information service big data platform with military-civilian integration government departments, military industrial units, civilian products enterprises, military-civilian integration enterprises, social intermediaries, and big data technology service providers as the main body, and digging behind the analysis data Hidden information and value can help platform users to grasp the real needs, discover the problems and difficulties in the development of military-civilian integration, and realize the precision, specialization and personalization of military-civilian integration information services.
