改编国外临床指南的方法

改编国外现有的、高质量的临床指南以为我用,可节减人力、财力和时间。但改编临床指南与制定临床指南一样,也需有系统的、规范的方法。本文主要介绍国际上比较常用的两种临床指南改编方法ADAPTE和ADOLOPMENT方法。

The waste of human resources,money and time can be avoided by adapting the existing high-quality clinical guidelines abroad.However,adapting clinical guidelines is the same as developing clinical guidelines and the systematic and standard methods are also needed.This paper mainly introduces two methods widely used in adaptation:ADAPTE and ADOLOPMENT.
