缬沙坦联合卡托普利片在老年高血压中的应用

Application of valsartan combined with captopril tablets in senile hypertension

目的:探讨缬沙坦联合卡托普利对老年高血压患者心功能及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选取老年高血压患者200例,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各100例。对照组给予卡托普利治疗,观察组给予缬沙坦联合卡托普利治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的血压水平、血管内皮功能及心功能指标。结果:观察组治疗后的收缩压及舒张压水平均低于对照组,NO、PGI-2比对照组高,ET-1比对照组低,CO、E/A及LVEF均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合卡托普利治疗可以有效控制老年高血压患者的血压,改善患者的心功能及血管内皮舒张功能。

Objective:To investigate the effect of valsartan combined with captopril on cardiac function and vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:Two hubdred elderly patients with hypertension were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 100 cases each based on a random number table method.The control group was treated with captopril and the observation group with valsartan combined with captopril.The blood pressure,vascular endothelial function and cardiac function indexes were observed before treatment and after.Results:After treatment,the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and ET-1 were lower and the levels of NO,PGI-2,CO,E/A and LVEF were higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with captopril can effectively control the blood pressure of elderly patients with hypertension and improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function.
