1例支气管哮喘控制不佳患者的药学指导及思考

临床药师在指导1例支气管哮喘患者使用吸入剂药物时,发现患者用药8年间哮喘反复发作控制不佳的原因是用药依从性差和对疾病认知不足等。提示临床药师须思考选择合适患者的健康宣教,以便让患者充分认识疾病的基本情况,正确进行自我评估,从而提升用药依从性,获得更好的疗效。

The clinical pharmacist found that the patient’s poor control of repeated asthma attacks during 8 years of medication was due to poor medication compliance and insufficient awareness of the disease conditions and so on when he instructed him to use inhalation drugs.It prompts that clinical pharmacists should choose the right patient health education so as to allow patients to fully understand the basic situation of the disease and correctly conduct self-assessment,and thereby to improve medication compliance and obtain better efficacy.
