摘要
斑马鱼是现代遗传学、发育生物学、病理学和免疫学研究中常用的模式生物,由于其个体小、早期胚胎透明、与人类基因高度相似以及高度保守的疾病信号转导通路等特点,已被广泛应用于病原免疫学研究。目前已经开展了大量的病原体(如细菌感染斑马鱼)的系列研究,近年也相继报道了病毒感染斑马鱼的研究。作为病毒研究模型,斑马鱼能够从个体方面揭示病毒和宿主间的相互作用,而且与其他动物模型相比,斑马鱼的价格更加经济。随着对斑马鱼认识的不断加深以及基因编辑技术的出现,斑马鱼模型在病毒研究中的应用越来越受到关注。
Zebrafish is a model organism commonly used in modern genetics,developmental biology,pathology and immunology. Because of small size,early embryo transparency,high similarity to human genes and highly conserved disease signal transduction pathways,it has been widely used in pathogen immunology research. A large number of pathogens( such as bacterial infection of zebrafish) studies have been carried out. In recent years,studies on virus infection of zebrafish have also been reported. As a virus research model,zebrafish can reveal the interaction between the virus and the host from an individual perspective,and its price is more economical than other animal models. With the continuous deepening of the understanding of zebrafish and the emergence of gene editing technology,the application of zebrafish models in virus research has received increasing attention.
