长链非编码RNA在卵巢癌发生发展中作用机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)作为非编码RNA的重要组成部分,可与RNA结合蛋白和微RNA相互作用,并可参与竞争性内源RNA的机制、组蛋白修饰及X染色体失活等,发挥多种生物学功能。lncRNA的表达异常与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后相关,通过影响卵巢癌细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭与转移、血管形成、化疗耐药等参与卵巢癌的发生发展。随着对lncRNA研究的深入,其在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用逐渐被发现,并有望成为卵巢癌早期诊断的潜在生物学标志物及治疗靶点。 As an important part of noncoding RNA,long non-coding RNA( lncRNA) can interact with RNA binding proteins and microRNAs,participate in the mechanism of competing endogenous RNA,histone modification and X-chromosome inactivation,and play a variety of biological functions. The abnormal expression of lncRNA is related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of ovarian cancer. It can participate in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer by influencing the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis,angiogenesis,chemotherapy resistance and so on. With the development of research on lncRNA,its role in the development of ovarian cancer is being disclosed gradually,and it is expected to become a potential early diagnosis biological marker and treatment target of ovarian cancer.
