半导体激光运用于口腔正畸治疗的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 激光是一种新型的治疗手段,由于具有安全、微创、作用广泛等特点得到了越来越多的关注,被运用于多种口腔疾病的治疗。半导体激光作为一种技术上相对成熟的激光,有控制炎症、降低疼痛、促进创口愈合以及提高颌骨改建的作用。相比传统的治疗方法,激光具有出血量少、不良反应小、操作精确等优势,在加速牙齿移动、缓解正畸疼痛、促进溃疡愈合、减少正畸导致的牙根吸收、降低牙周组织炎症及稳固微种植体等方面具有良好的应用前景。 As a new type of treatment,laser therapy has attracted more and more attention thanks to its safety,minimal invasiveness and wide range of functions. Laser has been applied to the treatment of various oral diseases. Semiconductor laser therapy,as a relatively mature laser technology,has the functions of controlling inflammation,reducing pain,promoting wound healing and improving bone remodeling. Compared with the traditional treatment,laser therapy has the advantages of less bleeding,less adverse reactions,good operation accuracy,showing good application prospects in accelerating tooth movement,relieving orthodontic pain,promoting ulcer healing,reducing orthodontically induced root resorption,reducing periodontium tissue inflammation and stabilizing micro-implants,etc.
