摘要 随着糖尿病肾病(DN)发病机制的深入研究,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在DN发生发展过程中的重要作用逐渐受到关注。lncRNA通过DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、miRNA竞争抑制、活化信号通路等多种潜在分子机制参与DN多种肾脏细胞损伤的病理生理过程,发挥表观遗传学、转录水平及转录后水平的基因表达调控作用。深入研究lncRNA在DN发生发展中的作用机制,将为寻找新的DN早期诊断标记与治疗靶点带来全新思路。 With the developing of research on the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy( DN),the role of long noncoding RNA( lncRNA) in the onset and development of DN has gradually received due attention. LncRNA participates in the pathophysiological process of renal cell injury in DN through various potential molecular mechanisms such as DNA methylation,histone modification,miRNA competitive inhibition and activation of signaling pathway etc.,playing a role in the regulation of gene expression at the levels of epigenetic,transcriptional and post-transcriptional processing. Intensive studies on the mechanism of lncRNA in the onset and development of DN may bring new ideas for finding new early diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets.
