新冠肺炎疫情(简称疫情)爆发后,中国经济遭受重大打击。餐饮服务、交通运输、工业制造等行业在第一季度均面临严峻挑战。疫情对天然气利用领域中的城市燃气、工业燃料、发电等造成不同程度影响。疫情影响天然气年消费增速约3个百分点,叠加经济、环保等因素影响的2个百分点,预计2020年天然气消费增速从9.4%下降至4.4%。疫情对天然气行业的影响涉及供需、价格、政策等多个方面,建议从"降低市场失速风险,避免短期供需失衡"和"持续推进天然气利用,保障长期稳定发展"两个层面多措并举,保障天然气市场和谐、健康可持续发展。
