摘要
油气合作是"一带一路"倡议的重要构成部分,我国与"一带一路"沿线国家的油气合作已具备了良好基础。工程科技在助力和深化"一带一路"油气合作、促进合作升级方面具有重要的支撑和引领作用。根据"一带一路"国家的特点和我国与这些国家油气技术合作基础,梳理了合作存在的问题,差异化分析了"一带一路"工程技术合作需求,提出了工程科技助力"一带一路"油气合作的建议,对中国企业未来深化"一带一路"油气合作具有一定的借鉴意义。
As an important country of "the Belt and Road" initiative, China already has a good foundation to cooperate with the countries along "the Belt and Road". Engineering technology supports have taken an important role in helping and deepening oil and gas cooperation, and promoting the cooperation. Based on the characteristics of countries along "the Belt and Road" and the basis of oil and gas technology cooperation between China and these countries, the paper sorted out the existing problems encountered during cooperation, and analyzed the demand of engineering technology cooperation for "the Belt and Road". The Suggestions for engineering technology supports to help oil and gas cooperation along "the Belt and Road" were put forward.
