电供暖技术路线及电力负荷测算方法研究

Research on Technical Route Selection of Electric Heating and Electrical Load Calculation

以电代煤是各地实施清洁取暖的重要工作。电供暖实施过程存在部分地区技术路线不适宜、实施路径不清晰、发展目标不明确等问题。通过系统分析总结现阶段电供暖实施的现状及存在的问题,提出了电供暖技术路线选择评分指标和电供暖电力负荷测算方法,为各地电供暖可持续推进提供理论支撑。

Replacing coal with electricity is an important work for clean heating. There are some issues in clean heating implementation, such as unsuitable technical route selection, improper implementation or unclear development goal. This paper systematically analyzed and summarized current situations and existing problems of electric heating. It put forward the methods of the electric heating technology route selection as per evaluation index and applying analytic hierarchy process. At the same time, it analyzed the electric load calculation. The heating technology route selection and two electric load calculations provided theoretical supports for the sustainable promotion of clean heating.
