摘要 以辽河油田信息化技术发展为契机,提出动态生产监控系统设计思路和主体功能架构。优选某稠油脱水站作为生产监控系统建设试点,通过架设物联通信基站、安装数据远传模块、开发数据处理系统及设计安全公众平台,实现对生产关键信息的实时获取和动态监控。应用结果表明,该系统强化了动态生产监控管理水平、提高了生产安全保障能力。随着无线传感网络、5G网络及智能云端数据处理技术的不断成熟,动态生产监控系统将会更好地服务于油田生产。 Taking the opportunity to develop information technology in Liaohe Oilfield, the design proposal and main function framework of dynamic production monitoring system were designed and applied in a large-scale heavy oil dehydration station The entity construction site of production monitoring system had established IOT communication, data remote transmission module, data processing system and safety public platform to implement the real-time acquisition and dynamic monitoring of key production information. The system implementation strengthened the management level and improved the production safety guarantee ability. With the development of wireless sensor network, 5G network and intelligent cloud data processing technology, the dynamic production monitoring system will better serve the oilfield production.
