摘要
针对CJ/T 197-2010《燃气用具连接用不锈钢波纹软管》标准中软管长度无相关测量方法,通过对燃气软管相关标准的比对及软管相关标准调查研究,比对长度测量方法的异同,及测量方法对长度测量结果的影响等因素,及对目前常见接头类型的收集和分析,及燃气用具连接用不锈钢波纹软管等燃气软管应用环境的分析,提出燃气用具连接用不锈钢波纹软管等燃气软管统一的长度的测量建议,为相关燃气标准的长度测量提供参考。
According to CJ/T 197-2010 Stainless steel corrugated tubes for the connection of gas appliances,there is no relevant measurement method for hose length.Through the comparison of relevant standards of gas hose and the investigation and research of relevant standards of hose,the similarities and differences of comparison length test methods,and the influence of test methods on length test results and other factors,as well as the collection and analysis of current common joint types,and combustion based on the analysis of the application environment of gas hose such as stainless steel corrugated hose for gas appliance connection,this paper puts forward a unified length measurement proposal of gas hose such as stainless steel corrugated hose for gas appliance connection,which provides a reference for the length measurement of relevant gas standards.
