讨论了液相色谱仪检定过程中输液系统、进样系统、检测系统检定结果的影响因素,提出控制和改进方法;提出了增加进样系统相应项目的评价方法,为提高液相色谱仪的检定结果的科学性、有效性提供参考。

In this paper,the factors affecting the verification results of infusion system,sample injection system and detection system in the verification process of liquid chromatograph are discussed,and put forward The methods of control and improvement for these factors.To provide reference for improving the scientificalness and effectiveness of the verification results of liquid chromatograph,this paper also put forward the evaluation method of adding corresponding items of sample injection system.
