十九大报告中首次提出人民"美好生活需要"的重大表述,这是基于历史与现实的双重考量而做出的时代抉择,凝结着人民群众与时俱进的物质和精神需要的美好夙愿。从马克思主义人学视域来看,"美好生活需要"是包含着历史维度、人民维度、社会维度和超越维度的四重统一。把"美好生活需要"作为新时代中国特色社会主义的内生动力和评价依据,可以为我们提供现实可行的发展路径,从人民最为迫切的物质需要、精神需要以及社会需要出发,探寻经济上、教育上、制度上的实现之法。

The important expression of people’s "needs for a better life" was put forward for the first time in the 19 th National Congress Report major reports.This is the epoch choice based on the consideration of history and reality,and condenses the long cherished wish of the masses to keep pace with the times in material and spiritual needs.From the perspective of Marx’s doctrine of human nature,"The need for a good life" is the four-dimensional reunification that contains historical dimension,people’s dimension,social dimension and transcendental dimension.Taking the "needs for a good living"as the endogenous driving force and evaluation basis of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it can provide us with a realistic and feasible development path,starting from the most urgent material needs,spiritual needs and social needs of the people,so that we can explore the law of economic,educational and institutional implementation,and successfully accomplish various tasks in various historical periods.
