中药材企业共同体构建研究——以供应链的视角

Exploration of Community Construction of Chinese Medicinal Materials Enterprises from the Perspective of Supply Chain

构建中药材企业共同体是解决中药材、中药饮片、中药材供应链及节点企业存在问题的手段,可提升中药材供应链节点企业核心竞争力,促进依存关系的确立和互利共生目标的实现。文章以供应链为视角,从坚持“四条原则”、构建利益共同体和责任共同体、完善其治理机制等方面,研究了中药材企业共同体的构建思路,提出了构建中药材企业共同体的总体框架与发展路径。

The community construction of Chinese medicinal materials enterprises can solve the problems which exist in the current Chinese medicinal materials,traditional Chinese medicine slices,Chinese herbal medicine supply chain and node enterprises.In this way,it can not only enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese medicinal materials supply chain nodes,but also help to realize establishing interdependence and achieving the goal of mutually beneficial symbiosis.From the perspective of supply chain,the thoughts of community construction of Chinese medicinal materials enterprises were explored from the aspects of adhering to Four Principles,building a community of enterprise destiny which is based on a community of enterprise interests and corporate responsibility,and improving the governance mechanism.On the basis of this,the overall framework and development path of the community of Chinese medicinal materials enterprises are put forward.
