摘要
葡萄花油田水驱开发多年,部分井由于注入水水质问题,管线清洗不及时造成近井地带地层污染,油井产量急剧下降,水井注入压力升高,注入量下降,因此为恢复该类井的产量或注入量,解除地层污染,探讨可调变频波解堵工艺技术。该技术是物理采油方法,是将声波、次声波及超声波几种波相结合,来共同寻找地震波,让机械波同地震波耦合产生共振,引起介质粒子作交变运动产生位移,使附在油孔道的微颗粒脱落,随着油流流入井筒,使得油流孔道光滑畅通,增强油层的渗透能力,提高渗透率。该技术在大庆油田试验10口井,其中油井试验6口,措施后平均单井日增液13.7 t,日增油3.9 t,增幅达到6倍多;水井试验4口,平均单井注入压力下降0.5 MPa,日增注30.3 m3,取得了较好的效果。
Putaohua Oilfield water flooding development for many years,some Wells due to injection water quality problems,pipeline cleaning not in time to cause formation pollution near wellbore area,oil production fell sharply and higher water injection pressure, injection rate,thus to restore the production or injection Wells,remove formation pollution, adjustable frequency wave solutions plugging technology are discussed. It is a physical oil production method,the technology is sound, sound and ultrasonic wave combined several wave, common to find seismic wave, make mechanical wave and seismic wave coupling resonance, bring up the medium particles as alternating motion displacement, attached to the oil channel micro particles fall off,as the oil flow into the wellbore, the oil flow channel smooth, the increase of capability of permeability of reservoir,increase the permeability.10 Wells were tested with this technology in Daqing oilfield,among which 6 Wells were tested.After the measure,the average daily increase of liquid in a single well was 13.7t,and daily increase of oil was 3.9t,increasing by more than 6 times.4 Wells were tested,and the average injection pressure of a single well decreased by 0.5 mpa and the daily injection increased by 30.3m^3,achieving good results.
