摘要 电站锅炉是能源转换的主要设备,一般采用平衡通风方式,炉膛及烟道中烟气压力低于大气压力,锅炉采用负压方式运行。中油电能热电二公司3#、4#、5#锅炉在运行过程中,锅炉本体和水平烟道密封性较好,炉膛下部、空气预热器和制粉系统存在漏风,外界空气从不严密处漏入炉膛及烟道中,对锅炉运行的安全性和经济性造成影响,笔者简要分析了漏风对锅炉运行状态的影响,计算了漏风对锅炉效率的影响,制定了治理漏风的措施。 Power station boilers are the main equipment for energy conversion. Generally,balanced ventilation is used. The flue gas pressure in the furnace and flue passage is lower than the atmospheric pressure, and the boiler is operated by negative pressure. During the operation of the power group Hongwei Thermal Power Plant # 3, 4, and 5 boilers, the boiler body and the horizontal flue seal are relatively good. There is a leakage of air in the lower part of the furnace,the air preheater, and the powder system, and the outside air leaks into the furnace and the flue from the outside. This paper briefly analyzes the influence of air leakage on boiler running state,calculates the influence of air leakage on boiler efficiency, and sets up measures to control air leakage.
