电动机调节装置的研制与应用

摘要 为了减少因电动机调节不到位造成的皮带松紧度不合适的问题,有效预防因皮带松紧度不合适损坏烧毁皮带的现象发生,采用改造普通顶丝的方法,在普通顶丝上设置平衡装置,保证顶丝螺杆与电动机运行方向一致,设置调节杆,预防因滑轨顶丝挡板距离过大,螺杆行程短造成的电动机不能调整到位的问题,同时缩短了更换皮带操作时间,解决了因工具的问题造成皮带松紧度不合适的难题,延长皮带的使用寿命,降低操作成本,降低员工劳动强度,同时,消减因工具使用不当造成的安全隐患。 To reduce the amount of belt caused by motor regulation does not reach the designated position firmness not appropriate, effective prevention for the belt loose tightness improper damage burnt belt occurs, adopt the method of ordinary top wire, wire at the top of the regular set on balance processing, ensure silk top screw and motor operation in the same direction, set up the regulating rod, prevent slippery course jackscrew baffle distance is too large, screw motor trip short can’t be readjusted, shortened the time replace belt operation at the same time, solve the problem for tool belt firmness inappropriate difficulties, prolong the service life of belt,reduce operating costs, d reduce the labor intensity of employees, and reduce the safety risks caused by improper use of tools.
