摘要
吊装作业既是特种作业又是高危作业,仅对吊装作业本身进行管理而不对周边环境进行必要的发散性的危险识别,则不能充分认识到工作中的危害因素。对起重吊装作业现场发生的吊车侧翻事故进行深入分析,用工作安全分析(JSA)法对作业过程进行分解,逐一考虑环境和每个操作步骤的风险因素,预先进行充分的危害因素识别,并有针对性的提出应对及防范措施。
The hoisting operation is not only special operation but also high-risk operation, so it is not enough to realize the dangerous factors in the work if only the hoisting operation itself is managed without the necessary diverging danger identification of the surrounding environment.According to the rollover accident occurred at the lifting work site of the crane, the cause of the accident was analyzed in depth, and the Job Safety Analysis(JSA) method was used to propose countermeasures and preventive measures, and the importance of the job safety analysis in controlling the accident risk in the lifting operation was clarified.
