Objective:This paper introduces the emergency care measures of ent outpatient and ward to prevent new coronavirus infection,focuses on the implementation of otolaryngology outpatient and ward medical staff protection measures,new guidelines for new novel coronavirus infection,outpatient and emergency procedures,and outbreak investigation in hospitalized patients inform and so on.This paper introduces the importance of paying attention to the psychology of patients,carrying out health education and improving self-protection consciousness,and provides references for preventing infection in other common wards and outpatients.
