支持体系视角下我国运动休闲特色小镇的发展方略

Development Strategies of Domestic Sports and Leisure Characteristic Town from Perspective of Supporting System

为整合运动休闲特色小镇各支持系统以实现最佳效应,促进小镇可持续发展,研究从"号脉"小镇建设过程中存在的供给"分散"、"忽视"需求、媒介"单调"、保障"偏移"和环境"疏忽"等系统阻力入手,在小镇支持体系的视角下运用系统分析和文献研究等方法,提出建构运动休闲特色小镇支持系统的"诊断"思路,明确了包括供给、需求、媒介、保障和环境等系统的支持体系;继而提出整合供给系统、刺激消费需求、升级媒介功能、完善保障体系、重视宏观环境等运动休闲特色小镇系统发展方略。

In order to integrate the supporting systems of sports and leisure characteristic town to achieve the best effect and promote the sustainable development of the town, the paper identifies the development resistance that restricts the progress of the town accurately,such as supply "being scattered", demand "being ignored", media "being monotonous", security "being offset" and environment "being neglected" and then discusses systematic problems that restrict the construction and development of small towns by means of systematic analysis and literature research based on supporting system of sports and leisure characteristic town. The paper puts forward a train of thought for constructing the support system including supply, demand, media, security and environment. Then this paper mentions sports and leisure characteristic town system development strategies, including integrating supply system, stimulating consumer demand, upgrading the media function, improving the security system, and paying attention to the macro environment.
