急性运动对人体唾液和尿液分泌型免疫球蛋白A的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究急性运动对青年男性唾液和尿液分泌型免疫球蛋白(SIgA)的影响。方法 24名男性在校二年级大学生随机分为低强度运动组(LIE)、中等强度运动组(MIE)、高强度运动组(HIE),并以这3组受试者运动前安静状态下的唾液和尿液SIgA含量作为基准值对照,运动后即刻取样检测。结果唾液SIgA含量与基准值(95%CI,7.57-8.41)比较,MIE组极显著升高(p<0.001,95%CI,9.02-13.02),HIE组极显著升高(p<0.001,95%CI 9.66-11.95),LIE组无显著性差异(p=0.918>0.05,95%CI 6.53-9.36);与LIE组比较,MIE和HIE组极显著升高(p<0.001);与MIE组比较,HIE组无显著性差异(p=0.711>0.05);尿液SIgA含量与基准值(95%CI,8.86-9.72)比较,LIE组(p=0.001<0.01,95%CI,9.98-11.69)、MIE组(p=0.002<0.01,95%CI,9.63-11.86)、HIE组(p=0.004<0.01,95%CI,9.20-11.95)全部具有极显著性差异,LIE组与MIE组(p=0.852>0.05)、LIE组与HIE组(p=0.598>0.05)、MIE组与HIE组(p=0.732>0.05)之间无差异显著性;尿液SIgA基准值显著高于唾液SIgA基准值(p=0.002<0.01)。结论单次中、高强度急性运动显著增加受试者唾液SIgA水平;单次低、中、高强度急性运动显著增加受试者尿液SIgA水平;急性运动可以对人体粘膜免疫机能造成显著影响,且短时间低、中、高强度急性运动未发现显著的粘膜免疫抑制现象。 Objective To investigate the influences of acute training on saliva and urine secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA) in young men. Methods 24 male sophomores were randomly divided into low intensity exercise group(LIE), moderate intensity exercise group(MIE) and high intensity exercise group(HIE). The quiet state of these three groups before exercise was taken as SIgA reference value. Results Saliva: Compared with the reference value(95%CI,7.57-8.41), the saliva SIgA significantly increased in both MIE( p<0.001,95%CI,9.02-13.02) and HIE(p<0.001,95%CI,9.66-11.95) but LIE(p=0.918>0.05,95%CI,6.53-9.36). Compared with LIE,the significant increases of saliva SIgA were also found in both MIE and HIE(all p<0.001). Urine: Compared with the reference value(95%CI,8.86-9.72), urine SIgA significantly increased in all the groups of LIE(p=0.001<0.01,95%CI,9.98-11.69),MIE(p=0.002<0.01,95%CI,9.63-11.86) and HIE(p=0.004<0.01,95%CI,9.20-11.95), and there were no statistic differences among these three groups. The reference value of saliva SIgA was statistically lower than urine SIgA(p=0.002<0.01). Conclusion Both the single moderate and high intensity acute exercise can significantly increase the saliva SIgA level. All the single acute exercise of low, moderate and high intensity significantly increase the urine SIgA level;A single acute training can significantly impact on the mucosal immune function of human body, and no significant mucosal immunosuppression were found in low, moderate, and high intensity short-time acute exercise.
