摘要 随着智能制造的来临,制造业转型势在必行,而数控机床与机械手集成,构成独立的自动化生产单元,是目前装备技术改造的主要内容.如何将数控技术专业的学生培养成为能从事数控机床与机械手联机联调集成的高技能人才,是高职院校的一个研究课题,该文阐述了高职本科数控技术专业的教学现状、存在问题及数控机床与机械手集成课程的教学设计与实施情况. With the advent of intelligent manufacturing,the transformation of manufacturing is imperative.The integration of CNC ma chine tools and manipulators to form an independent automated production unit is the main content of the current equipment technology transformation.How to train students of CNC technology majors to become high-skilled talents who can engage in the on-line joint inte gration of CNC machine tools and robots is a research topic in higher vocational colleges.This article describes the teaching status,prob lems and The teaching design and implementation of the integrated course of CNC machine tools and robots.
