摘要
通过对"食品添加剂"课程教学现状分析,找出课程教学过程中存在的问题,通过对教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行探索,以期为高职院校人才培养提供参考。
This paper analyzed the current situation of Food Additive course teaching,found out the problems existing in the course teaching process,and explored the teaching content,teaching methods and assessment methods in order to provide references for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges.
