摘要
为了提高和普及智能包装在食品、农产品贮藏过程中的应用,在总结归纳近年发表的相关研究论文基础上,综述了食品包装中二氧化碳指示器/传感器的分类、工作原理和优缺点,并探讨了各类二氧化碳指示器/传感器在农业、食品工业中的应用前景。预计未来二氧化碳指示器/传感器将更多地开发利用天然、安全的材料,指示/传感技术也将朝着精确、高效、低成本、环境友好的方向发展,并结合现代印刷技术和其他智能包装技术,以实现产品质量的实时监控。
To improve and popularize the application of intelligent packaging in food and agricultural products storage,the related research papers published in recent years were summarized.The classification,working principles,advantages and disadvantages of carbon dioxide indicators/sensors in food packaging were reviewed.The application prospects of various carbon dioxide indicators/sensors in agriculture and food industry were also discussed.It was expected that more natural and safe materials will be developed and utilized for carbon dioxide indicators/sensors in the future.More accuracy,efficiency,lower cost and environment-friendly technologies of indicator/sensor will be developed.They may be used in combination with modern printing technology and other intelligent packaging technologies to achieve real-time monitoring of product quality.
