食源性致病菌活的不可培养状态检测方法研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 细菌在常规培养基上无法生长形成正常的菌落或者不能形成肉眼可见的菌落,即细菌丧失了可培养能力,但仍然能够进行生命活动和新陈代谢,这种细菌生存的特殊状态被称为活的不可培养状态(Viable but non-culturable state,VBNC状态)。在常规的食源性致病菌检测方面,由于VBNC状态的细菌无法经过常规的平板法检测,易造成VBNC状态细菌的漏检。介绍了VBNC状态细菌检测研究进展,旨在给食源性致病菌的防范控制提供一定的科学依据。 Viable but non-culturable state(VBNC state)was a special state of bacteria that was unable to grow into viable colonies or visible colonies,which loses the ability to nurture the bacteria but still was able to life activities and metabolism.In the conventional detection of foodborne pathogenic bacteria,the bacteria in the state of VBNC cannot be detected by the conventional plate method,which may easily caused the bacteria in the state of VBNC missing.This manuscript reviewed the advances of detection methods for VBNC state of foodborne pathogens,which expected that it could provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of foodborne pathogens.
