摘要
咖啡干豆脱壳是云南小粒咖啡初加工过程中一道重要的工序,脱壳机是该工艺的主要设备,传统的设备结构复杂,使用过程中存在进料不均、脱壳不匀、容易堵塞等情况。通过大量的理论及生产实践,对进料箱、脱壳箱、排料管和进料仓等装置进行合理设计,研制出的高效咖啡干豆脱壳机具有上料均匀、节省人力物力、脱壳率高、破损率小等特点,经济效益和社会效益较好。
Dehulling was an important process in the primary processing of Yunnan coffea arabica.Sheller was the main equipment of this process.Traditional equipment structure was complex.In the process of use,there are such situations as uneven feeding,uneven shelling and easy blockage.Through a large number of theories and production practices.Reasonably design the feeding box,shelling box,discharge pipe,feeding bin and other devices.The developed high efficient sheller has the characteristics of uniform feeding,saving manpower and material resources,high shelling rate and small damage rate,good economic and social benefits.
