医学院校食品质量与安全专业“食品化学”课程教学改革研究——医学特色“食品化学”课程整合和任务式翻转课堂教学法效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 探索适合于医学院校食品质量与安全专业的"食品化学"课程教学模式。通过课程整合,归并与优化重复知识点,节省学时用于拓展食物营养与健康相关知识,并利用超星学习通实施任务式翻转课堂教学法。以问卷调查的方式了解广州医科大学食品质量与安全专业学生接受教学法培训前后的变化,评估教学效果。接受"食品化学"课程整合和任务式翻转课堂教学法后,学生掌握更多的食品营养与健康相关知识,提高了课程学习效率和科研能力,相关评价指标差异具有统计学意义。"食品化学"课程整合和任务式翻转课堂教学法适合医学院校食品质量与安全专业的人才培养,可在相关医学院校食品质量与安全专业教学中推广应用。 To explore a teaching model of Food Chemistry courses suitable for food quality and safety majors in medical colleges,we expanded knowledge related to food nutrition and health through course integration,and implemented task-based flipped classroom teaching method with super star learning software.To evaluate the effect of teaching method,we investigated the change in the ability of students from food quality and safety department of Guangzhou Medical College by questionnaire surveys.After receiving the teaching method,students mastered more knowledge related to food nutrition and health,improved the learning efficiency and scientific research ability.The difference of relevant evaluation indexes was statistically significant.The integration of Food Chemistry courses and the task-based flipped classroom teaching method were suitable for the cultivation of talents of food quality and safety major in medical colleges,and could be promoted and applied in the teaching of food quality and safety major in related medical colleges.
