摘要
简单概述6S管理的内涵理念,分析普通高校食品类研究生实验室在日常管理中存在的难题,并对6S管理方法在食品类研究生实验室中的实施与应用进行深入的探究。
Management concept of 6S was briefly introduced in this paper.The problems existing in current food major postgraduate laboratory management of colleges and universities were summarized.The implementation and application of 6S management method in food major postgraduate laboratory were deeply analyzed.
