“O2O”教学模式在高职“食品法律法规与标准”教学中的应用——以“食品添加剂标准”为例 被引量:2

摘要 O2O教学模式是网络学习与传统教学、线上教学与线下教学相互结合的全新教学模式,具有教学资源开放、师生双向互动等特点。高职"食品法律法规与标准"课程比较枯燥、知识点繁杂、条文晦涩且更新速度快,学生缺乏学习兴趣。以"食品添加剂标准"教学为例,设计了基于O2O教学模式的线上线下教学过程,创新教学方法,改变教学现状,取得了良好的效果。 “O2O”mode is a new teaching mode which combines network learning with traditional teaching,online to offline.It has the characteristics of open teaching resources and two-way interaction between teachers and students.The Food Regulations and Standard courses in higher vocational colleges were boring,knowledge points were complicated,provisions were obscure and updated quickly,and the students lack interest in learning.Taking the teaching of Food Additive Standard as an example,the research group designed the online and offline teaching process based on O2O model,innovated teaching methods,changed teaching status and achieved good results.
