高校体育场馆资源社会共享是服务全民健身事业的基础支撑,是体育场馆市场效益发挥的助推器,是城市体育公共服务供需矛盾缓解的有力杠杆。客观、量化的高校体育场馆资源社会共享质量评价,是检验新时期高校体育场馆对外开放、社会服务效率的基本依据。本文运用德尔菲法、层次分析法(AHP),通过相关专家多轮次调查结果的统计与分析,确立了涵盖人力资源、物力资源、信息技术资源、财力资源、文化资源5个一级指标、11个二级指标和38个三级指标的武汉市高校体育场馆社会共享评价指标体系。

The social sharing of university sports venue resources is the basic support of serving the"national fitness cause",which is the booster of the market benefit of sports venue,and a powerful lever to relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of urban sports public service.Objective and quantitative evaluation of sports venue resources in universities is the fundamental basis for testing the opening-up and social service efficiency of university sports venue in the new period.By using delphi method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),through the statistics and analysis of the survey results from relevant experts,the evaluation index system of social sharing efficiency of university sports venue and the weight of each index are established,covering 5 first-level indicators:human resources,material resources,information technology resources,financial resources,cultural resources,11 secondary indicators and 38 tertiary indicators.
