摘要
文化课程学习与运动训练这2条平行基线构成了高水平运动员在高校受教深造的成长通道,而这2条基线的碰撞与矛盾冲突形成了高水平运动员的成长瓶颈期。通过对成长瓶颈期中感阈、焦虑、挣搏、释解这4个阶段的分析,进行了相关教育工作的探讨,并有针对性地对不同阶段提出了初步的教育应对措施,以帮助高水平运动员不断地顺利渡过瓶颈期。
The two parallel baselines of cultural course learning and sports training constitute a growth channel for high-level athletes in colleges and universities,and the collision and conflict of these two baselines form the growth bottleneck period for high-level athletes.Through the analysis of the four stages of confusion,anxiety,struggle,and progression in the growth bottleneck period,related educational work was discussed,and preliminary educational countermeasures were proposed for different stages in order to help the high level to successfully pass the bottleneck period.
