摘要
以A矿区为例,分析了该工程铁矿斜孔施工技术运用中的具体情况,阐述了设计的钻孔结构,提出了设置的钻压参数、转速参数、合理泵量等。同时,在施工过程中要求进行泥浆净化,分析了斜孔施工过程中的关键性技术——准确测斜斜孔,保证钻塔、钻进同心安装,开孔破碎层取心,为铁矿斜孔施工技术在矿区中的运用提供了一定的参考。
Taking A Mining Area as an example,this paper analyzed the application of inclined hole construction technology in the iron mine of the project,expounded the designed drilling structure,and put forward the parameters of bit pressure,rotation speed and reasonable pump volume.At the same time,in the construction process,it required mud purification,analyzed the key technology in the construction process of inclined hole,that was accurate measurement of inclined hole,to ensure the concentric installation of drilling tower,drilling,opening broken layer coring,which provides a certain reference for the application of inclined hole construction technology in the mining area.
